I believe in the vision they provide. They are inspiring and it's amazing how I can get inspired from the people I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to learn and grow at work. Work and my team have given me the opportunities to expand my areas and I am very grateful for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are below average in my opinion and vary per country/region. I feel that company has kept them minimal without updates over the years. Annual bonuses and stock options would be nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at Dynatrace. I am very glad and happy that I work with these talented, passionate people that believe in what we do and inspire each other everyday. Not just colleagues, I strongly feel that we have established more than just work environment at Dynatrace.
