Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is not aligned with market reality. Most of the job offers available on the market are higher even for lower positions. Align compensation with market reality.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

- compensation - making Dynatrace more competitive in the employee market - value existing employees more - pay attention how all changes are being introduced - trial global changes before introduce them at the full scale

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too many changes and too many new positions. It is hard to do anything. There are too many meetings to get a simple decision/thing done. PO role makes no sense. SAI does not work. With new quarterly planning and the whole bureaucracy, we're more waterfall than agile.
