Able to talk to anybody anywhere at any time with no problems

Communication - they tell us what is going on and where we are heading.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary system is a bit convoluted. What everybody earns is secret, I have no idea when the salary increase should happen and what to do to get it. This is why I am confused.
