Very competent. Nice and funny people. We laugh a lot.

They are responsive to suggestions from "below". They are very responsive to market requirements. They do not hide mistakes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and productive work environment, mistakes and dead ends are communicated openly and solutions are tried to be found. We do not try to stick to procedures if we do not see any benefit in them. To some that looks like chaos sometimes, but it always manages to organize itself.
