Being a Dynatracer is like being part of a huge family. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and competent. Also, feedback is appreciated and there's always improvement. Never had a better working environment and culture.

The open door policy, bidirectional feedback always welcome and is taken serious, never you are just "someone", as an employee, you always feel appreciated. That's what makes it a great place to work at with great leadership!

Just everyone is great, helpful, friendly, funny, and very very compentent in what he or she's doing. The team-spirit is amazing, no lone warriors, we all stand together on the same side, which is Dynatrace - thanks, mates! :)
