Helpful & co-operative, collaborative with a touch of healthy competition, friendly, fun, hardworking. 99% genuinely nice people. No bullying/misogyny.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't have any stock options & my raise was requested at my 14month anniversary & took 3 months to be approved
What makes you most happy at work?
Recognition however big or small. A simple 'thank you, great job' can go so far. Stock options & a raise however go further!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a sales lead company, there's no bullying culture that I've experienced in similar male/sales lead places. 99% of the time everyone treats colleagues with respect & how they would like to be treated. That has a huge impact - when people are nice, you want to help & work well together
