Interacting with my colleagues, seeing people, learning, my challenges etc. Our local environment is very nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they deeply know their market, their stakeholders. Otherwise they wouldn't have been successful within the last years, so consistently.

I'm never ever bored! :) There's always room to learn and develop myself and my skills. I really admire my colleagues.

We are all globally truly happy. I believe that not only the positive environment encourage us being happy at work, but HR seems to hire special guys.

US - the constant all team meetings, to keep everyone in the same page. The dynamic and vibrant vibes. Brazil - the way they challenge us everytime.
