Home office is very good because allow us organize better our day and activities, also the personal ones, we can avoid the traffic jam and be more productive.

My boss seems to like my job and to care about me as a person, gives me new duties as challenges to keep me motivated, helps the team with knowledge and hands, allow us say if we need something regarding the job or if we have a different opinion, suggestion or disagree in any matter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the annual raises I got are mandatory in my country, I believe I should've receive raises by merit and it's rarely. I din't had a I raise by merit since almost 5 years. Also I should have a better lunch voucher because mine is very low comparing to other companies, also IT ones, in myregion
