annual bonus should be given, also raises should not just be yearly but as merited.

the relaxed atmosphere and small company feel helps to feel connected to what happens within the company

If my salary were comparable to my experience. Also, paths to advancement and promotions are not clear and defined by management.

the ability to go in and do my work without being micromanaged. I love my supervisor, she's always available but does not hover.

being able to complete my tasks , having a good working environment. having managers that I talk to and that will assist with any issues that I am having.
