I like to work at Dynatrace pretty much. I feel respected. I like the people. I am proud about what we do and sell. I can work remotely and I can speak in 3 different languages here (what to me is really important - to pratice my language skills and have contcat with people from everywhere).

Commitment and accountability are the best words to describe my team. We love our company and what we do. And we always want to deliver the best service possible to our internal customers.

My base salary, as I am not eligible to variable compensation (STI). The profit sharing is also important, as it aligns the company goals to our daily activities and it makes everybody row in the same direction.

My team is very committed to Dynatrace. I understand that my colleagues are very good in what they do in their jobs, but they are also very nice people. It is great to work with nice people!

At Dynatrace we have respect, regardless of hierarchical level. Informal, friendly environment that enables healthier and more pleasant professional interactions. Even though we may be far, in different regions/countries, we feel we are together and work together for the same goal.

Employees are passionate about our product. We like to be with each other and work together. The Volunteer action of this year is a good example of how we like to be together and do good things internally and for the community.

The interaction with my colleagues from other countries. Personally, I love to understand new cultures and to practive my language skills. At Dynatrace, I have both! I am also happy to work with good and nice people. Finally, my day is never monotonous! We are expanding and new demands come everyday
