Team members are intelligent and creative. We have and continue to encourage a culture of helping each other achieve common goals.

How frequently they keep employees informed of the company's goal, performance, what lies ahead of us and how we can contribute get there

Informal environment. Open door policy with Mgmt. You feel that you have green light to express your opinions and they will be heard and considered.

Transparent and consistent communication with employees. We feel part of a TEAM: we know where we are going and how we can contribute achieve our corporate and departmental goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has a "can do" attitude. Also a "all for one and one for all" attitude. We work under stress due to the high expectations, BUT there is tons of solidarity and team work to compensate for that. AND our Mgr helps us constantly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is a team composed of excellent technical resources and a Mgmt team who sets clear goals and listens to the team members. An organization that continuously looks for opportunities for improvement, that does not hesitate to acknowledge shortcomings in order to move forward to greater things.
