What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have great vision and constantly motivates the team to reach the common goal. Great leadership that lets the employee stay focused on the motive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should have an appropriate process to track/measure the progress of an employee & provide incentives based on the performance. There are certain teams which have this, & it would be great to have it across all teams. We are growing company & I believe we will make it to that point one day
