We are the best of the best. Nevertheless we learn from each other on a daily base.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
without lump sum overtime payment and it's special tax handling in Austria the salary isn't competitive. To get the overtime payment, I have to work to 2,5 hours per week in addition.
