i mostly can do what i love. of course there's the less interesting tasks too, but overall i really enjoy the challenges

all on the same social level, similar interests, motivated to spend time together also during off-hours, no bad feelings after reviews, always eager to learn
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everything is very open, you can always talk to people if you need something, everyone is very helpful, everyone tries to do their best to improve the product and the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get a lot of respect from my colleagues and they often tell me that I do a great job. I've also been at the company for a long time now. For that it seems my salary is rather low.
