I'll rate Dynatrace (still) as the best employer I have ever worked for. There is always the option to bring your ideas forward. Although this might be a significant effort, there is a always a way to address stuff.

I haven't asked for it and still got it. It is linked to the overall company success, which is currently huge.

The mix of fixed salary, STI, and equity. Also, the fact that STI and equity are really a bonus on top of the monthly salary.
