Dynatrace has the best in class platform. The company is also a model of how an organization should develop software. The company is doing very well overall. It would be nice if the windfall from the success was shared more broadly with the organization

That "aha" moment when a customer sees how better their life could be with a Dynatrace implementation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very engineering focused company. The product does what we say it does, which is a rarity in today's environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The technical teams at Dynatrace are top notch. The focus is always on building the best product for the customers needs.

Very purpose driven. Willing to talk through suggestions and strategies and try out new ideas. Open to giving and receiving personal feedback.

The moment in meetings where customers "get it". They finally understand that there is a better way and Dynatrace can help them get there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is well below market rate. Benefits available within the industry (example: equity packages for all contributors, parental leave) are not available at Dynatrace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Many of the executive staff has been around with the company for an abnormal amount of time. A lot of experience is housed within Dynatrace
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better understanding of what the overall equity package means in terms of % of ownership. Better base and OTE packages for SE team which has been asked to shoulder additional responsibilities while other teams accumulate unbalanced growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the team is remote, but the company has a high level of trust in the employees. There is not much over-the-shoulder monitoring of task lists and the team seems to respect the ability to be trusted with managing their workload.
