We drive our company incredibly hard in terms if growth and product - which presents so many opportunities to employees invested in Dynatrace. Growing roles need to be redefined rather than stretched (particularly in support functions) . This would also allow us to understand how we can develop

That there is a lot to do, and improvements to be made, but a lot a people that want to get it done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would stock options to be made available - I believe that as we work hard to grow the company in line with leadership goals, it would be an incentive for staff yo keep up with the pace and pressure, and also retain staff in a very important period
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Dave Anderson has made our brand current, and cool - I believe that has had a fantastic influence on our culture in office. We have people that have been with the company a long time, and add a wealth of experience. And we have a new batch of people that work to improve process and push forward
