we are a team, managers really closed to everyone, great SE Team

excellent energy, we have so much fun together even though at work. excellent team, we always have fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel well paid with my commissions but not with my base salary almost the same for many years due to the small increases even though I reach my objectives.
