The salary structure needs to be more competitive, especially to those employees who have been loyal to the company.
We are aligned on goals. We share the workload when ad-hoc projects pop up. We all get along and have a sincere interest in each other on a personal level as well.
Despite receiving regular positive feedback on my performance I am way underpaid in comparison to the industry average. I've been told many times that I would be in line for a salary increase only to be told it's not in the budget. My salary if $20K under industry average.
