Great product and people. If you know the right people/places go to for help it's straightforward to get your job done. Unfortunately, that can be extremely difficult especially if you started a remote worker.

Constant and clear communication. The town halls with JVS and leadership help to level-set for the company

A lot of the way systems are set up makes change difficult to achieve. Additionally, there is no clarity on career development or regular feedback
