Always positive. We can always improve on breaking down silos. Essentially we act like different companies. We also need to more customer first and realise that the customer does not care that we are different teams only that we are from Dynatrace

We have committed to paying 65% in market. Great for new team members but how is the company going to get the rest of us there?
