Colleagues in the department have a detailed time plan for work, clear division of labor, and cooperate happily with each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My work was praised by my boss, but my salary increase was much smaller than that of my colleagues in other positions.I have obtained more than 50k of annual non-operating income for the company, but I have not received any reward personally.
