My overall experience has been great. Love the people I work with. It is a very fast paced environment with strong collaboration and teamwork.

That we do not have silo'd departments and work very collaboratively across all departments.

We work extremely well cross-functionally. We are all on one big team working towards the same goals - don't see silos as much.
