you can communicate to anybody and speak openly about anything. everybody is very goal oriented

People in my team are very professional and motivated. That makes working with them a lot of fun.

The equity program lets us directly benefit from the company success. (even if stock markets are crazy sometimes)

There are excellent engineers and I can learn from them every day even i have 20+ years of experience.

you can talk to anyone (mostly) independent of the hierarchy if you have an issue/question. everyone is taken seriously

to work with professionals on a common goal while you can have a lot of fun with all the colleagues

The leadership team (at least those i know directly) have a good technical understanding of our business and product. That makes it really awesome to work here.
