People are extraordinarily nice and passionate about their job. You have people you can learn from. The structure is quite flat. Your opinion is valued and taken into consideration. Great place to work and develop yourself!
What makes you most happy at work?
The tasks that I get are suited for me. Every sprint I learn something new, and when I fail I have a support and a clear message what I can do better. It's okay to fail. It gives you so much freedom and builds self confidence.
