Helpfulness, always willing to lend a hand, treated as equals - never mocked because of something you have asked or questioned, learn from each other

Approachable and visual team - so often managers are too removed form the workforce, whereas I feel Dynatrace are present and therefore have a real idea of what their teams are doing during their day, their workload etc

Completing a task on my own - without asking for help - being new I am still finding confidence. Training has been great and ongoing, and I know I can ask for help but wanting to try on my own
