There is no blame shifting and finger-pointing if something goes wrong. Also cookies

Previous question - no, I don't "look forward" to working with them, it's just a job. I don't have any issues working with them though.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stability and clarity - same salary every month, almost on the same date - alleviates a lot of worry. Also the overtime compensation is concise and to the point - I like the clarity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Possibility to work from home without any issues whatsoever and with all possible & reasonable accommodations. Materially, klimaticket and regular salary which grows year-over-year. Although it could grow a bit faster to beat inflation ;)
