Overall it's positive. I lost out on PTO and benefits when I was hired here but I gained flexibility with work from home, competitive pay, and have access to new knowledge bases. Training has also consistently improved while I've been here as well as access to tools that advancement my insights.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay rate is very competitive but health coverage, holidays, and rollover PTO is lacking.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very knowledgeable and they're willing to share that knowledge. The majority of people that I work with are smart and respectful.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenge of diving through the Dynatrace platform to find actionable insights and strategies. Each work brings the potential for something new. I get to do all this and have my dog at my feet with an endless supply of coffee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager really cares about my progress and the advancement in my skillset. She's made sure to let me know of various available resources, tools & people to get in contact with to further my own knowledge. She also actively works to improve training and communication on changes in the tools we use
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility of work from home. It allows me to tunnel focus and be super productive. I can also change my work environment as frequently as I want as long as it doesn't impede my ability to get work done in a timely fashion. This flexibility is the most important thing about my job.
