Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued financially as it compares with competitive market. The raise structure here is not up to par with the success and revenue of the company that is a direct response to the excellent work being done across all levels of employment. Without a doubt, this needs to be adjusted.
