
Overall I'm happy. As we grow we're getting more bureaucratic so I'd like leadership to keep an eye on that. But overall I couldn't be happier
I work at a fast-paced, challenging, industry-leading company. To stay the best we have to find new ways to be the best, nearly every day. I love the challenge that comes with that, and the pace of change keeps things interesting. I am having a great time working here.

I have a good base salary and the opportunity to earn a bonus based on corporate performance. I do wish the bonus component was broader in the company; I think it is motivational and helps keep key people engaged.

I love the transparency. I also love the way they do what needs to be done, instead of sitting on broken practices or things that just aren't working out. Pivoting like we do means being able to deal with change, but I like that. To be the best, you have to keep moving, and we do it great!
