Total compensation at Dynatrace is much less than other companies in the industry. This includes salaries, bonuses, medical insurance premiums/deductibles, PTO, etc.
They seem to be plugged in to what is needed as a result, not so much to what is needed to get there & how to get everyone else to do the same.
