I mean it's my first job out of college and I do really enjoy working here for many reasons. The culture is number 1 and then the benefits are all solid. I've never really had a day where I'm like "ugh I have to go to work".
The willingness to teach others to make the team stronger
That it's not just good money or good benefits, it's both.
It has to be the people they are all just great.
The people overall. I know any problem I face, the people will help me through it, and we will both learn from it.
Everyone is so easy to talk to, and every team I've worked with has been very open to hearing to what I have to say, and are willing to assist with anything.
Everyone is just honest and open about problems and situations they are dealing with. I feel like I can give my true opinion on everything in a meeting and have it be heard.
Almost everyone I have worked with is just willing to help and is very understanding of issues. Just the fact you can be heard and understood on a problem you're working on is huge.
A few things. First is they are flexible. If I need to run an errand or have an appointment, they are always understanding. They also care about me as a person and understand my struggles.
If I'm doing well, they thank me an appreciate my work. If I'm struggling or not doing as well, they will try and help me improve overall so I can reach the point where I'm doing much better.
I do really enjoy the amount of time we can get off so we don't have to stress about anything like getting sick or taking a day off or anything. The insurance is good, but a relatively high rate (to my knowledge).
