We're all fun and have so much in common. We like to plan outings and even played on a volleyball team together

While you're new with the company, they will do a performance evaluation ever 6 months. This is very generous in comparison to many other companies
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you're a consultant it depends on the client you are sent to. However there is a huge community supporting you every step along the way
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager honestly wants the best for me. During our bi-weekly one on one, they will always give me many recommendations and advice for my current situation but also will talk to me as a friend, suggests places to go, tell me stories... It's definitely a fun and productive leadership group
