Overall working for Dynatrace has been a very positive experience. There are some things that I would change, however they are small and not indicative of a negative company culture.

Dynatrace seems to look out for the individual more than the average company.

My team is friendly and always willing to help in case I am struggling with something.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is clear about how they define goals for the company and try to promote a healthy culture for its workers.
