I think the questions of the survey are skewed to get as little constructive feedback as possible. I really like the company but frustrated with communication practices.

I've found here unexpectedly sane & reasonable decision-making team, humane approach to the life of its employees by HR and leadership, continuous drive to improve the organisation as a whole - for example where it comes to maturing processes.

I like that they do see clearly where they want to get to, what they want to achieve.

The management acceptance of people of all types and all approaches to work so long as it is getting done.

When people I reach out to respond constructively and with valuable information. It can be redirecting me to someone who knows better or giving the answer I specifically asked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun and easy to be around with while showing real interest in what they do which helps build an environment to which I want to comeback to .... but still no more than 3 times a week. Really. Social part is important but I like the job itself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible working hrs, WFH. Believe me 2 hrs of commute a day represents a 1/3 of my sleep time - losing which badly affects everything I do afterwards - be it work or my personal life. Having the ability to work wherever I am is a +1000% to the benefits package. Shows you care about me as a human
