It has been a whirlwind with the IPO 6 months after I joined, and everything has been moving at fast speed which is fantastic for a 2k employee company. I am enjoying it and looking forward to the future of the organization.

We are transparent with most of the decisions and take into account everyone's opinions before going ahead which makes me feel involved in our projects going forward

We work as one team and are very helpful to one another which makes me feel more at ease approaching other members outside my close team. We like to celebrate whenever there is something worth celebrating! So it is a great environment to be in
