A sense of being part of something larger than any of us but still being a large part of the success.

The pace of my day and being successful at what I do for the company. The cohesiveness with my coworkers is a prime factor as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although they are leaders and above us on the corporate chain, there is no hesitation from any of them to give the sense of us all being a team and each of us an important part of the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a closely-knit team who are on the same page in most cases. When we aren't there isn't a problem with airing that intellectually and arriving at a new resolution to an issue, if one arises. We all work very hard to do and be the best.
