I have had a great experience at Dynatrace so far, even with the COVID pandemic happening. I was new to the company when everything locked down and they did the best job at making sure all questions were answered. I was beyond impressed by the response.

My salary is fair and competitive. I do not feel underpaid and overworked.

My direct team is caring and helpful. I also feel like everyone is respected and everyone's opinions matter.

The investment they're willing to put in their employees at all levels. I feel like they very much value the members of their team at all levels.

I feel like my relationship with my direct manager is an open door. I feel like I can approach him with just about anything, work and life-related.

The dedication to the company. You can tell everyone is very dedicated to their work and the growing of the business. It's nice to work with people that genuinely care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to work remotely. The health benefits are so-so, and the other benefits aren't as competitive, but I do have a higher pay rate at Dynatrace so it all balances out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are committed to a healthy work/life balance of their employees. I have had issues in the past with other workplaces and it's a relief that I can be confident that my leadership understands "life" responsibilities and demands.
