Dynatrace culture is unmatched! I love the communication and positivity Dynatrace provides, I also love all of the interactions we have across the company.

The leadership at Dynatrace truly cares for it's employees. They are always encouraging you to be the best you can be both inside and outside of work.

The Dynatrace leadership team goes above and beyond to communicate and develop relationships with all employees. I really like their "open door" policy and how relatable they are.

Where do I even start? There are so many great qualities about my team members! They are extremely driven, intelligent, positive and caring people! I would consider my coworkers friends.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and my role! I absolutely love the individuals I work with and I feel very passionate about my role which makes it enjoyable to continue to do my best.

I love my job. Not only the work I do, but all of the different teams I have the opportunity to work with. When you love what you do and who you do it with it makes for a very happy work environment.
