Dynatrace spent the time and energy to interview from multiple perspectives (mgr, vp, peers) and for multiple skillsets (technical, presentation skills).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a general concensus that the way we're doing things isn't just better, but radically different than competitors. We see everyday how our products positively impact not only our customers' bottom lines, but also their day to day lives.
