Overall my experience is good. However I do wish we had more appreciation for our internal folks rather than Sales and Product teams. We also can be worked to the bone and not given a lot of other holidays. Look into taking time off for employees.

I have had a great leadership team that has helped me progress in my career. I do believe there has been a lot of positive changes at the company that I am extremely proud of.

I look at my team like family. They're always willing to help and hear my opinion.

The people. The people here truly want to help one another and we all have the same goal in mind.

The team mentality and the also the personal piece. I truly get to know my teammates and what drives them as well as what they love to do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The focus is on the people and ensuring they are living a healthy and stable life. There has been SO much progress since Rick and a lot of the Executive leaders have come in and I couldn't be more proud to be apart of this company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the market and what this role is paid at other companies I know I am underpaid. I have also always been taking on more and then some outside of my role. I am a big proponent of taking on more to get experience however I think that is sometimes taken advantage of by leadership.
