What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is incredibly friendly. Dynatrace hires kind, competent and hardworking people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health and dental insurance options are very fair. The PTO policy is also very generous, however I wish we had a better way to log or keep track of PTO balance throughout the year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are incredibly generous with their time and knowledge, and despite the fact that we are rapidly growing, they make you feel respected, heard and valued as a member of the greater team, not just another cog in the wheel.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very open to helping each other. It truly feels like a team dynamic and not just individuals working separately. Our goals and processes are for the most part aligned and our direct management is always accessible and visible in their communication, assistance and management.
