It's been very smooth and enriching for my career. I'd love to keep my position, yet move to a different area. Many companies, both local and nationwide, are implementing permanent work from home, which I think will be crucial for retention. I love my coworkers and the work I do!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very accessible! I feel as though I can reach out to anyone for anything. Working from home has also been a positive aspect of the environment. I'm able to focus much better, yet interact with peers when I can.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do feels very meaningful. I think the only thing risking happiness at work would be to require in-office working again. Working from home has been hugely beneficial to my productivity as well as my personal life. Less commotion around me makes the quality of my calls much smoother.
