Some of the best things about my team is how smart and encouraging they are and that they like to have fun.

The company is progressive. They listen to the employees and act on many of the suggestions proposed (where it makes sense). For the most part, it's a very diverse and positive culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's not just one thing but several that I like best about the leadership team. Their energy, passion, commitment to the company's culture of Integrity, Customer First, Walk the Talk, Teamwork, and Innovation, and forward looking to ensure we have the tools to perform our jobs.
