Their commitment to be a visionary leader in the space, being the first to find innovative solutions using cutting edge technology which allows companies to work smarter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my particular situation, I've received a 3% increase over the span of 2 years. This is not a competitive rate in the software industry. The compensation structure is almost insulting when the company is growing at a rapid rate.
