we all work remotely, but I think the recognition from Gerardo Rubio when some one do anything right, or even when we do a good effort always is recognized it
What makes you most happy at work?
That I have the freedom to work from home, and also that all the time have new challenges, and I am learning every day good things, and new ways to improve my work
