the culture of being supportive and extending out a hand when someone is in need
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, but rather am just anxious to step into the role officially and receive the title and compensation that follows as I have been doing the job already for a long period of time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually care and will make time for you if you need it. They will listen to your questions/concerns and try to take actionable steps to address them. If they cannot address immediately, it is a subject of discussion for them and is being tracked regularly. They're invested in your wellbeing
