Diversity! As a team we bring so many experiences, strengths, cultures and learnings!

Again, diversity. A broad range of skills, ideas, experiences makes us an over performing team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about the health & wellbeing of everyone in the village and do everything they can to ensure everyone succeeds.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Creating unity across geographies and departments. We're all operating in silos and very much USA centric for most functions and Lab centric for innovation and fun, with little to no regard to the company actually being global.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
With a lack of a bonus scheme that is the norm in most other SaaS companies, Dynatrace is very fair with base salaries. I believe the flexibility is more valuable that financial compensation so I feel very looked after.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team lacks energy, enthusiasm & motivation to be successful or creative. Budgets are small which is prohibitive. Motivation is low because there is no connectivity or collaboration. Enthusiasm is low because there are no clear goals or rewards.
