very cheap and high quality meals in the company's canteen. free workshops covering different health topics (healthy home office, healthy diet,...) that still count as working time. free breakfast (cereals)
feels like a very open and honest communication. always trying to give each and everyone the feeling that their work is what makes dynatrace work, not only as a product but also as a company.
diverse topics that I am working on. never gets boring. sometimes extremely complex problems to solve, sometimes more shallow and "stupid" tasks (which is actually very pleasant to just do something without thinking too much)
extremely focused on work-life balance. the employee is not someone generating code, but an important part of the company. lots initiatives to retain employees. possibility to very spontaneously take a day or two off if need be.
