Compensation is good, but far from industry leading - compensation needs to be up to date with market/inflation

Nothing wrong, I do not think you have to be "excited" everyday when you go to work (maybe misunderstanding the question)

We complement us nicely. Friendly people. High technical level, worked together for a while now, which makes work easy.
